We’re Erin & Erin—two women with a shared passion for serving farmers and ranchers. We met while working the 8-to-5 at a corporate crop insurance job, and what started as a professional connection quickly grew into a friendship built on trust, grit, and a whole lot of laughs.
With 38 years of combined experience in agriculture and insurance, we’ve walked fields, sat at kitchen tables, and listened closely to the needs of producers across Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri. We believe in straight talk, smart solutions, and showing up—whether it’s in your shop, at our office, or over the phone.
We're not corporate - we're local. As an independent agency we’re proud to bring a fresh, knowledgeable voice to agriculture - one that’s grounded in family values, rural life, and a deep respect for the work you do every day.

Erin Rieschick

Erin Rieschick grew up near Byron Nebraska and has been in the insurance industry for over 17 years. Her husband, Andrew, operates Rieschick Drilling Company and they live near Falls City. Erin and Andrew have four children, Isabel (13 years), Ike (9 years), Dottie (8 years) and Fischer (4 years). Erin brings a wealth of insurance knowledge to all her conversations and enjoys working with producers to protect their bottom line.

Erin Oden is a Beatrice native and has been a licensed crop insurance agent for the past 21 years. Her husband, Tyson, is the owner of Beatrice Scale Co, and they have two boys, Kanon (12 years) and Chip (9 years). She is passionate about helping producers with the business side of their operation and enjoys getting to know her customers and helping them find solutions that fit their needs.
